the difference between vampire and zombie
Vampires are from Slavic mythology. They are traditionally, evil people who return after death to suck blood from the living. They know what they are doing.
Zombies on the other hand are a tradition from African American culture,
particularly the Voodoo religion of S America and the Caribbean.
Traditional a zombie was a corpse brought to life by an evil sorcerer
and used as slave labour. The zombie was an unwilling victim. In later horror movies zombies are depicted as flesh eating monsters but this is not how they were traditionally viewed. (from http://answers.yahoo.com)
Vampire vs Werewolf
Werewolves and vampires are both mythical creatures who kill humans but there are important differences between the two. Werewolves are mortal and age just like humans while vampires don't age and are immortal (except for some things that can kill them like sunlight and garlic). Werewolves are, in fact, human for much of their life. Their diet is like humans in contrast with vampires, who drink blood.Although there are too many versions of the myths for a single, definitive description of the creatures, they are both known for their human-like appearance and for their tendency to attack and convert humans.
In modern pop culture, vampires and werewolves are often presented as rival races that despise one another.(from http://www.diffen.com)
