(Centella asiatica) ျမင္းခြာရြက္-centella asiatica, otherwise known as pennywort or 崩大碗 in Chinese

(Centella asiatica) ျမင္းခြာရြက္           500 g, washed and drained dry
Water                                              1½ litres
Rock sugar                                       75 g
Method:
  1. Blend (Centella asiatica) ျမင္းခြာရြက္ and water well.
  2. Sieve and boil the water for one hour.
  3. Add sugar, boil for another 5 minutes.
  4. Serve warm or cold.
