Exercise for (De Quervains) and CarpalTunnel

exercises to release wrist, forearm and elbow pain

After the hand exercises apply an ice pack to the area of inflammation minimum 15 minutes (my experience).  Wear thumb stabilizer intermittently while you have unavoidable task to perform with swollen wrist and thumb pain.  I found one good one with reasonable price at CVS. (See pic)
