Walk daily and exercise to strengthen knees

These four exercises help strengthen one's knees. The four exercises are Squat, Stationary lunge, Single X squat, and Step up with a knee drive. My daily routine to work has multi modes including walking. Walking help your knee, and exercise help strengthen your knee vice-versa. Both are advantage to us.
